Tours operate daily between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Scheduled tour times are at 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM, 3:00 PM, and 4:30 PM. On rare occasions, if tours are not operational due to an observance or other factor, it will be published on the website.

Each tour lasts approximately 60 minutes, offering a perfect glimpse into the vibrant underwater world of New Providence. We take pride in providing tours that are able to fit most schedules.

Our tours are suitable for all ages. Children aged 2 and under can join for free, while we offer discounted rates for children aged 9 and under.

Yes, we offer private tours for a more personalized experience. The base rate covers up to 8 persons, with additional spots available for larger groups up to 15 persons. See the Services page for more pricing details.

Boarding takes place at the Elizabeth on Bay Plaza in Downtown Nassau, at the docks located at the rear of the property. Check-in is at Shop 9 (the Clear Boat Bahamas Office).

The Elizabeth on Bay Plaza is a historic property situated at the intersection of East Bay Street and Elizabeth Avenue. This charming 40,000 square foot facility boasts a lively retail space and marina, comprising 20 units and 16 docking slips. Notably, Clear Boat Bahamas occupies the impressive Shop 9.

Directions:

  1. Approach the Elizabeth on Bay Plaza: Enter the plaza from East Bay Street. Travelling East past Parliament Square it will be a minute drive (5 min walk) and on the left. It is a soft yellow pastel mustard color with a sign in the middle “Elizabeth on Bay”. There is a parking lot directly after the Elizabeth on Bay Plaza on the lefthand side.
  2. Head Towards the Back: Walk into the center entrance alley, and make your way towards the back of the plaza in the direction of the marina waterfront.
  3. Look for Clear Boat Bahamas: Shop 9 is a light pink unit with a modern awning located on the right-hand side if walking from the plaza entrance . You’ll see clear doors adorned with the Clear Boat Bahamas logo.

Lockers are available at an additional cost at our location. However, we recommend leaving valuable items in a secure location. Clear Boat Bahamas will not be responsible for any missed or lost items.

Prior to the tour, you must complete the following agreements:

  • Damage Liability and Credit Card Authorization
  • Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Claims & Indemnification Agreement

Gratuity is not included but is greatly appreciated for our hardworking crew members who strive to make your experience unforgettable.

For your safety and comfort, tours may be rescheduled or canceled in the event of inclement weather. We will notify you promptly and provide alternatives whenever possible.

To ensure availability, we recommend booking your tour at least 24 hours in advance. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.

We suggest bringing sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses.

Please arrive and check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. This ensures we can depart on schedule and provide a smooth experience for all guests. Late arrivals and no-shows will not be refunded, and boarding after the tour has started is not permitted.

Yes, guests are required to read the Tour Day Guide and adhere to the instructions provided. This guide ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.

If you purchased a Clear Boat Bahamas Adventures Media Package, digital items will be provided within 4 hours via the email address you provided. Physical photos will be available for pick-up at our office (Shop 9, Elizabeth At Bay Plaza).

We accommodate cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled tour. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. No-shows and cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to your tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled tour. If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly and credited back to your original method of payment within approximately 14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; there may be a delay before the refund is posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank about processing times.
